Watchcove Return Policy
Watchcove will gladly refund your purchase for an honest return if sent to us within 30 days.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping the item back is the responsibility of the buyer. You can request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by going to the Return Center or by clicking HERE. All purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees.
All returned or exchanged items must be:
- Returned within 30 Days
- In new condition.
- In their original packaging.
- Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Ship via insured ground service (USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Please have your order number (#XXXX) and email which you used for the purchase handy to process your return.
Please note, Watchcove does not guarantee the arrival of your return. Though not required, it is recommended that you purchase tracking and insurance to ensure your watch gets to us.
Remember, in order to keep our prices competitive, all watches sold on Watchcove.com are 100% authentic and genuine. Since WATCHCOVE doesn’t sell its products through the manufacturer's pricing guidelines, we do not provide the manufacturer’s warranty with the product.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process and ship quite quickly, so it’s best to reach out the second you notice the error. Contacting us is simple – just shoot us an email to email@example.com.

However, due to such a large inventory database, the information provided on the merchandise pages might not always be 100% up-to-date or free from errors.
