Watchcove will gladly refund your purchase for an honest return if sent to us within 30 days. 

Returning with Watchcove is simple. Just fill out a Return Authorization Form, send your watch back, and we’ll take care of it. We’ll gladly offer you a refund for any reason, including if you just don’t like it or ordered the wrong one. Just return it within 30 days, unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

      Please note, Watchcove does not guarantee the arrival of your return. Though not required, it is recommended that you purchase tracking and insurance to ensure your watch gets to us.

      All watches are subject to inspection before issuing a refund of payment.

      If you order a watch, and after inspection, you find it’s not up to the standards we set or not functioning properly, contact us immediately by sending an email to or initiate a Return Authorization Form on our website so we can assist you. We do understand that sometimes a watch may not work upon arrival, and we definitely want to give you your money back if that’s the case.

      Remember, in order to keep our prices competitive, all watches sold on are 100% authentic and genuine. Since WATCHCOVE doesn’t sell its products through the manufacturer's pricing guidelines, we do not provide the manufacturer’s warranty with the product.
